Walking up one of the hills in Loch Lomond, Scotland – August 2015

I was born and lived in Hanoi, Vietnam for 21 years before moving to London, England for university in 2010. I practise yoga and meditation everyday since August 2013. I also practise minimalism, mindful living taught by Thich Nhat Hanh since summer 2009. I enjoy cooking Vietnamese plant-based wholefood, learning about Health especially natural therapies and medicinal nutrition.

After 5 straight years living in England, travelling throughout Europe and California, I’m currently based in Vietnam, facilitating mindfulness – based meditation & yoga, working on art & culture, food & health projects and continuing my budget travels.

I support Fair Trade, The Economics of Happiness, Positive News. Join me on GoodReads for book, Soundcloud for music and IMDB for film updates. I use organic natural products for skin care (selected products from Holland & Barrett and Dr Bronner’s up to now) and love buying fruits & vegetables from local markets and affordable organic from Whole Food. Update: In Vietnam, I’ve been buying ‘safe’ vegetables (http://soff.asia) and using baby cleaning products…

To make your own healthy choices, visit Soil Association and Environmental Working Group. From time to time, I enjoy visiting charity shops like Oxfam, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research etc.  for special gifts or household items.

Here are my favourite sites to get to know London, Hanoi and more. Follow So You Think You Know LONDON for shared posts about art, cultural and social events in London; True Love – written by Thich Nhat Hanh for shared posts about building mindful relationships and Vietnamese Culture Space – Không Gian Văn Hóa Việt Nam for posts on Vietnamese culture, art, food, society, travels.
