I was born and lived in Hanoi, Vietnam for 21 years before moving to London, England for university in 2010. I practise yoga and meditation everyday since August 2013. I also practise minimalism, mindful living taught by Thich Nhat Hanh since summer 2009. I enjoy cooking Vietnamese plant-based wholefood, learning about Health especially natural therapies and medicinal nutrition.
After 5 straight years living in England, travelling throughout Europe and California, I’m currently based in Vietnam, facilitating mindfulness – based meditation & yoga, working on art & culture, food & health projects and continuing my budget travels.
